💡 One row per shipment. Pallets reads "in store / total on the shipment", and Days in stock counts from the ETA at the warehouse shown under it. Click a row to open its packing list — product, variety, brand, size and weights per pallet; a pallet already on an order shows the order reference, which opens the order. The Log button on each line opens the full cycle — arrival, unload, check-in, customs, picking and dispatch, with every scan, KCB/NVWA block, arrival inspection and return in its place and the office note beside it. Dispatched positions live in their own tab.

πŸ’‘ Every shipment that already arrived, including the ones since dispatched β€” they are the same list, which is why there is no separate Dispatched tab. Packages and Weight describe what the shipment held, not what is left in store; My Stock is the tab for that. Use the date range above to narrow the arrival period, and Files to open the position's attachments.
